It takes a team to run a successful election campaign! We've knocked on thousands of doors already, hosted community conversations, and we're going to keep finding ways to connect with neighbours in Ward 10 right up until election day.
Join us in whatever way feels right for you — we've got work to do.
Door knocking: this is the single most important activity of the campaign. Ask neighbours about their priorities and help introduce them to Sam.
Lit drop: drop literature ("lit") in your neighbours' mailboxes without knocking on the door. This is a great solo activity that you can do on your own time.
Communications: help with drafting emails, planning newsletters, and responding to inquiries from community groups.
Photographer/videographer: capture footage of Sam at community events and help record short videos for Sam to share on social media.
Event support: attend events with Sam and help distribute postcards and stickers, starting a conversation with attendees. Sometimes we may have our own table where we'll bring craft activities for kids and encourage neighbours to fill out a survey.
Phone calls: Following up with people that we meet door-knocking or at events to gauge their interest in voting and volunteering. Also making sure that our supporters actually go vote!
Lawn sign delivery: Install lawn signs for voters that have asked for one. Requires reliable access to a car.
Voting day shuttle: On election day and advance voting days, help neighbours get to the polls by offering them a ride. Requires reliable access to a car.
Email hello@samnabi.ca or fill out the form below if you're interested in getting involved!
Only 28% of Ward 10 showed up to vote in the last election. Let us help you make a plan this time! We'll let you know when advance polls open, and help get you to the polls on voting day.
